Grand Junction Real Estate and Homes for Sale

About Weichert, Realtors - Heiden Homes Realty

Heiden Homes Realty, a Grand Junction based company, was founded in 2003, by owner and managing broker Toni Heiden-Moran. Toni established Heiden Homes (a Limited Liability Company) after serving as one of the top Realtors in Mesa County while working for locally owned companies and franchise operations in Grand Junction. She joined national franchise Weichert, Realtors in 2016, becoming one of the first four Weichert offices in Colorado. The franchise features offices in 39 states, and offers a relocation service, a unique leads network for buyers and agents, and an award-winning training session for new agents. Toni earned her real estate license in 1978 and is one of the most experienced Grand Junction Real Estate agents, with extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Colorado. While partnering with Weichert, her office is still independently owned and operated.

Weichert, Realtors – Heiden Homes Realty features real estate agents who offer services to buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate, from Durango to Denver. The company also has an Agent Referral Program, designed for retired agents who retain an active Colorado real estate license and who refer clients to the main office. The company has added a Property Management branch, Heiden Property Management, managing rental properties.

In summary, Heiden Homes Weichert Realty offers some large company dynamics that mesh with a local, family-friendly culture to help serve clients of various needs. Whatever your needs are regarding Grand Junction Real Estate and homes for sale in Grand Junction, Heiden Homes Weichert Realty can help!
