About Michael
I'm a New York State native who fell in love with Grand Junction after living through the first winter (what winter, compared to the Buffalo area?). Grand Junction was a stop on my 30-year media tour. I worked as a sportscaster, reporter, news manager and media sales person in four states. I worked in the traditional media of the day--TV, radio and newspapers. I met my wife and managing broker, Toni Heiden, through Kiwanis Club in Grand Junction. We've both continued to volunteer in the community. We're both past-Presidents of Kiwanis Club, and I am the advisor for the Circle K Kiwanis Club at Colorado Mesa University. I teach Speechmaking courses at the college part-time, and enjoy seeing students progress as writers and speakers. I obtained my Colorado Real Estate license in 2012, deciding to join my wife in a company that has grown. We've added property management, in addition to residential and commercial real estate sales.
