If golf is your passion then moving to Grad Junction is a great idea! With 5 public golf courses and a private one too you'll have your choice of course types any time you want to head out.

We're also not far from quite a few other fun courses, like Moab's Golf Course, Lakota Links in New Castle, and River Valley Ranch in Carbondale. Montrose's Cobble Creek and Delta's Devil's Thumb are also good options.

In fact, Devil's Thumb is often open earlier in the season than any other course! So when the weather here is keeping you from golfing, head an hour south to Delta!

When it comes to Grand Junction Golf Courses we have two city courses, Lincoln Park and Tiara Rado Golf Course. Lincoln Park is an "old school" nine hole course right in the middle of town. You can access it via 12th Street and Gunnison.  They allow carts during the main season, though right now they aren't letting any out (Feb 11, 2022).

Tiara is an 18-hole course located in the Redlands right up against the Colorado National Monument.  It is a very walkable course though carts are available too. Tiara is a traditional course and there are homes along much of the course. The views are stunning, especially as you walk down from the pro-shop to #10.

Grand Junction Golf Adobe Creek

Two other courses in town, Adobe Creek and Chipeta Golf Course, are owned by the Wilson Group. Adobe is in Fruita and has 27 holes (3 9-hole courses) which makes for a fun and varied round every time you play. Switch it up from Desert/Mesa to Mesa/Monument to Monument/ Desert! You'll never get bored!

Chipeta is an "executive" 18 hole course. It is shorter and features mostly par-3s and a few par 4s. It's fun and takes less time to walk/play than your traditional length courses. Just because it's shorter doesn't mean it's easier! The greens here are tough!

Finally, for truly world-class views, check out Redlands Mesa Golf Course.  Designed by James Engh with lots of elevated tee boxes and wonky greens, playing golf at Redlands Mesa is like playing in a national park. Amazing views, wildlife, and great golf too!
