If you think galley kitchens are a thing of the past, and wouldn't consider purchasing homes for sale in Grand Junction that have one, you may be missing out! Apartmenttherapy.com has a great article about the benefits of galley kitchens and, after reading it, your opinion may be changed. 

According to the article, galley kitchens are customizable, able to handle bold pops of color, and allow you to hide your mess from your guests.  While many of us think the open concept is the only way to go, this article does provide some reasons why having a kitchen separate from your living and dining areas can be a good thing.
