Clifton, Colorado sits on the eastern side of Grand Junction, between there and Palisade. It encompasses great recreational options, like the Riverfront Trail and Corn Lake, and has easy access to the interstate and Grand Junction via I-70 B.

What's key is that Clifton is benefitting from the growth in Grand Junction and Fruita. Home values will probably rise over the next year or two as that growth continues and as more people find they can work from anywhere.
